U.S. Enterprise Cloud Solutions Provider AHEAD Expands Global Reach with Presence in India

AHEAD opens its first service delivery office in Gurugram to enhance client results.

Chicago-based AHEAD, a provider of enterprise cloud solutions, has declared its expansion into the Indian market. With a presence in 24 locations across the United States, AHEAD intends to establish a service delivery office in Gurugram, India, during the upcoming summer.

AHEAD provides a wide range of services and solutions encompassing cloud platforms, digital engineering, data and analytics, data center modernization, automation, cybersecurity and managed services. With a focus on executing a global growth strategy, the company aims to meet the rising demand for specialized skill sets and deliver impactful outcomes to clients in India, leveraging its expertise and capabilities.

Chief Services Officer of AHEAD, Patrick Meade, emphasized the strategic importance of AHEAD’s venture into India, aiming to the transformative power of technology for every client they serve. The company’s expansion is anticipated to streamline recruitment processes, expedite project team organization and elevate overall quality and client experience.

Praveen Grover, a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in enterprise technology and best shoring (the practice of selecting the most suitable location for specific business operations or processes), has assumed the role of Vice President and Managing Director of AHEAD’s Indian operations. With a track record of successfully leading multinational endeavors, including the growth of TriCore’s India operations and the expansion of Rackspace Technology’s India shared services center, Grover brings extensive expertise in driving operational excellence.

In a statement, Vice President and Managing Director of AHEAD India, Praveen Grover, expressed enthusiasm regarding the opportunities that AHEAD India brings for both clients and the team. “By establishing a presence in India, we can better serve our clients by providing larger service engagements, flexible cost structures, and follow-the-sun support. This important step is a testament to our commitment to delivering impactful results to our clients, and we look forward to continuing to innovate and grow in the Indian market,” he shared. 

AHEAD India has set ambitious goals to expand its workforce and establish a strong foothold in the region by the conclusion of 2024.  The company’s primary focus will revolve around bolstering its managed services, digital solutions, security, data center, network and enterprise service management practices. This strategic focus ensures that clients can leverage cutting-edge technology and expert guidance to propel their businesses to new heights.
