Its first-ever Asian event space features classic modern bistro as part of

Known to be a pioneer in creating a culture of community and nurturing innovation, WeWork today announced its partnership with hospitality company Leading Nation to unveil WeWork’s first-ever Asian event space with classic modern bistro – The Green Room at Tower 535 in Causeway Bay, where it also houses its first collaborative space in the heart of the city.
Building upon its business momentum in 2020, the launch of The Green Room reaffirms WeWork’s commitment to the market with a strengthened portfolio to fulfill the diverse needs of its members as well as the broader business community. The new space will serve as a vibrant event hub that injects energy into the neighborhood, featuring a versatile conference venue and fully-equipped meeting facilities, as well as a Mediterranean-inspired restaurant with sustainability in mind, which aligns with WeWork’s dedication to creating unique work and community experiences for people to make a life, not just a living.

Inspiring Event Venue Featuring Iconic Victoria Harbour View
Sitting atop the heart of Hong Kong with a 270-degree unhindered view of the Victoria Harbour, The Green Room boasts a full floor multi-functional event space and a full-service dining area, where both WeWork members and the public can host bespoke events and meetings of all kinds, while enjoying fresh, seasonal dishes and drinks created by renowned chef Ferran Tadeo from La Rambla and Catalunya, as well as award-winning mixologist John Nugent.
The Green Room adopts a classic and minimalist style to convey a feeling of authenticity, freshness and elegance. Located on the top floor of Tower 535, The Green Room features dramatic floor-to-ceiling windows, allowing natural light to spill into the space. Stainless and terrazzo finish at the entrance delivers a sense of nature, with lots of greenery surrounding the dining area for a unique experience for the guests. In addition, The Green Room features a cozy terrace that leads to a relaxing rooftop, for guests to enjoy sprawling Hong Kong cityscape and lively conversations in a beautiful outdoor setting.
The four rooms of different capacities at The Green Room are designed to host events and meetings of scales ranging from 8 to 70 persons, while the dining room can also house up to 60 persons, with flexible setting and state-of-the-art facilities to cater to various occasions including business meetings, training workshops, conferences, social gatherings, celebrations and more. For more privacy, the open boardrooms can be enclosed by folding doors, while the room also features corrugated acoustic ceiling baffles that buffer sound for the best event experience.
WeWork’s experienced event team provides impeccable event planning and management service, from audio and visual requirements, venue set-up, to food and beverage menu solution, ensuring guests can engage with attendees through compelling events in style.
Mediterranean-Inspired Flavor Designed by Award-winning Chef and Mixologist
Led by Executive Chef Ferran Tadeo and appointed management Leading Nation, the culinary team at The Green Room created a menu featuring handpicked produce that are daily fresh and in-season, with some of those being brought to the table directly from local farms to ensure optimum freshness. Known for delivering brilliant flavors with a creative flair, Chef Ferran brings his creativity and years of culinary innovation to The Green Room, by adding new touches to classic, comfort dishes, with signature creations such as The Green Room Salad, Spinach Ricotta Ravioli, Butter Lobster and Carbonata Eel Pizza. With sustainability at the core, Chef Ferran also created plates with Impossible Meat – Impossible Bolognese and Impossible Burger. To complete the meal, guests can enjoy desserts including Caramelized Apple Flambe with Vanilla Ice Cream and Chocolate Souffle with Orange Ice Cream.
Created by award-winning mixologist John Nugent, the beverage menu presents a comprehensive selection of creative cocktails and wines, including natural and biodynamic wines, to complement the all-day dining experience.
The Green Room places great emphasis on ingredients with dishes using herbs, dressings and sauces being made from scratch, as well as pizzas, pasta and bread being freshly made everyday.
