Initially celebrated for its mobile-first approach, mocopi’s latest software update addresses the need for a robust PC connection. This integration balances mocopi’s mobile accessibility with the capabilities of a PC-based setup, catering to a broader range of user preferences.

New features and avatar options

The update introduces several new features and enhancements:

  • Upper-body focus mode: This mode adds extra tracking points for users focusing on upper-body movements, improving the precision of motion capture.
  • Integration with Avaturn for avatars: mocopi now supports avatar imports from Avaturn, allowing users to create personalized avatars using a selfie. This feature offers both free and paid versions for user convenience.
  • Workflow enhancements: The update includes simultaneous motion data sending and saving for increased workflow efficiency, customizable motion file names and improved motion library management with delete, rename and lock functions.

Additional enhancements for personalization and fun

As part of the update, mocopi introduces the Mini RAYNOS-chan Avatar, a pre-installed avatar available for immediate use, adding to the system’s personalization options.
