[Press Release] ParallelChain™ sets new blockchain speed record at over 144,000 transactions per second with no compromise

HONG KONG, 30 November 2020 – ParallelChain™, the core blockchain technology platform of enterprise blockchain company Digital Transaction Limited, has achieved 144,927 transactions
per second (TPS) during a remote live demo with a company from Taiwan. This is the first time that a distributed ledger technology has reached this throughput in this type of setting.

The demo was conducted on 27 November 2020 between Digital Transaction Limited in Hong Kong and the company running the nodes in Taiwan, having deployed ParallelChain™ on their
local machine and powered by a standard cloud. In this environment, the company maintained complete control over the running of ParallelChain™.

Mr. Ian Huang, founder and CEO of Digital Transaction, stated, “this speed record is a testament to our technology leadership when it comes to blockchain for enterprises: the next generation of enterprise blockchain infrastructure is finally here. What is most notable is that this speed record comes with absolutely no compromise on latency, which remained one of the lowest in the world for blockchains at less than 0.01 second, as well as no impact on scalability and security. Enterprises currently deploying blockchain have had to compromise with the many limitations of Ethereum and Hyperledger, but there is no need for that
anymore”.

ParallelChain™ boasts a number of unique features, such as easy interoperability with existing Hyperledger and Ethereum projects that can seamlessly migrate onto ParallelChain™ to upgrade their performance and future-proof companies’ past decisions. And most notably, ParallelChain™ is GDPR “right to be forgotten” compliant and is currently the only blockchain in the market today with this key feature.

ParallelChain™ is also the only double-hybrid blockchain that can operate as a public ledger and a private instance connected to the public ledger, with both permissioned and permissionless functionality. This allows enterprises to build the most agile and innovative decentralized projects that are beneficial to their operations and best suited to accelerate their digital
growth.

ParallelChain™ is already in production with existing customers in both the private and public sectors.

They typically struggle to adjust to social settings and are perceived as being reserved. Thus, at a workplace, the introvert might come across as a quiet or unsociable person and end up unnoticed, no matter how big their contributions might be.
