MatchMove and JustLogin collaborate to digitise HR solutions and drive financial wellness for SMEs and their employees

MatchMove, the leading Singapore-based ‘Banking-as-a-Service’ platform and JustLogin, an award-winning Employee First Human Resource (HR) cloud platform provider will soon launch the JustLogin branded payment solution, an e-wallet with a prepaid card and remittance capabilities. This will help thousands of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) across the region on JustLogin’s platform to rapidly digitise and enable their employees to adopt digital payments.

JustLogin provides a holistic platform for enterprises to address all their HR needs, including payroll, benefits, productivity and engagement. Today, they have over 2,000 SMEs on their platform spread across Singapore, Hong Kong and Myanmar, servicing more than 60,000 employees across the region. The modular management structure of the platform enables SMEs to procure only the modules they need – making it secure, flexible, scalable and cost-efficient.

“This partnership with MatchMove is a game changer as it will enable JustLogin to be the first HR Tech company in Singapore to digitise HR-related payments for SMEs on our platform. The data analytics that we collate from the transactions will provide us with invaluable insights and enable us to better enhance the platform to cater to the SME and their employees’ needs,” said Kwa Kim Chiong, CEO of JustLogin. “Moving forward, we intend to extend this collaboration to include new innovative products and features that put employees first,” he added.

“As more aspects of businesses start to embrace digitisation, HR practitioners are also exploring digital platforms to eliminate employee pain points from day-to-day administrative work and drive seamless work-life integration. As many employers gravitate towards an ‘Employee First’ mindset, more emphasis is placed on attracting and retaining talent. This is a step that employers can take as they look towards building an ‘Employee First’ culture within their organisation,” added Kwa.

Announcing the same, Amar Abrol, Chief Commercial Officer of MatchMove commented “We are excited to embark on this strategic collaboration with JustLogin to help SMEs on their platform digitise payments for their employees and improve the quality of their employee’s digital lives. This is yet another example of a relevant and ‘in demand’ use case that the MatchMove platform can power to enable access to essential banking services for SMEs and their employees. We look forward to a long term fruitful partnership with JustLogin.”
