6th June 2019, Ahmedabad: AppJetty is an extension and plugin store for e-commerce platforms like Magento, Odoo, Shopify, WooCommerce, etc. and CRM software like Suite, Sugar, and Dynamics. They have been working with Odoo for a long time, with over 30 apps and 10 successful themes in their portfolio.
Last week they added one more theme to their arsenal: Theme Scita. This newly released theme is versatile and can adapt to the requirements of various industries.
Theme Scita, as per industry standard, is fully responsive to all kinds of devices. With Odoo 12 being the latest version, AppJetty released their new theme specifically for it. And as confirmed by one of their spokespeople that they will be updating it for future Odoo versions. However, it will not work with the older Odoo versions.
Apart from being responsive, Scita boasts of many other features like multilingual support including support for the right to left languages, speed optimization, etc. It also comes with pre-installed fonts, as well as options for headers and footers.
When approached, a spokesperson from AppJetty had this to say about Theme Scita, “This is a very large project that we undertook after our Theme Crafito. We built on it to make something that was equally good but we wanted to extend that kind of functionality to more industries.”
Right now, Theme Scita is live for four industries, fashion, health care, IT services, and e-commerce, but there are about 26 more in their pipeline to launch over the coming months.
Scita has 125+ snippets with a huge number of variations in headers, footers, banner sliders, menu styles, etc. With theme scita being one of the most innovative projects, they went all in and gave multi-theme support as well.
AppJetty’s launch offer comes with two hours of free customization services. Their launch offer is to accommodate any customization required at the time of installing the theme.
From the designers of Theme Scita, the word is that they wanted to create something that they would actually like to look at. AppJetty’s head of design, Pratik Shah said, “We see various websites every day and we like the ones that are subtle in their design but extremely effective in delivering their function and visual appeal. Therefore, we wanted to create something that we would like to use. It is our way of contributing to the web design industry that, at the end of the day, makes looking at the web exciting for the end user.”
