Hong Kong, 11 May 2018 | Hong Kong: Accelerate, Hong Kong’s fastest growing emerging tech education startup, will showcase 15 graduates from its immersive Data Science and Machine Learning program in a fast-paced event exclusively for potential hiring companies on May 24, 2018.
Directly connecting highly in-demand talent with the business community, the social evening marks the finale of a rigorous 12-week in-person training program – the first of its kind in Asia – and part of Accelerate’s social mission of “education to employment” to address the rising demand for tech talent globally.

Hosted by Blueprint, Swire Properties’ premium events and community space in Taikoo Place, Quarry Bay, the event is widely supported by the Hong Kong tech community and is part of a series of Accelerate-branded events to serve the business landscape in a critical time when data-driven insights determine key business decisions.

Disruptive of the recruitment industry, this event shortens the traditionally long and expensive process to match organizations with the unique talent in a “pitch to employer” format with live onstage presentations and quick-take interview opportunities.

“We are thrilled to be actively solving the tech talent shortage in Hong Kong in such a holistic manner,” said Lavine Hemlani, Accelerate’s Co-Founder and CEO. “We offer end to end solutions for both students and companies by providing an accessible learning platform that prepares our students to be job-ready upon graduation.”

Representatives from companies interested in attending the event can email romar@accelerating.tech to find out more about registration. For those seeking more information on Accelerate’s Immersive Data Science & Machine Learning program can visit www.accelerating.tech/ai-immersive.
