South Korean company EDINT has announced its plans to showcase Proctormatic, an AI-powered online exam proctoring service, at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2024 in Las Vegas, Nevada, U.S.. Scheduled from July 9 to 12, CES is renowned as one of the world’s largest technology fairs.

Proctormatic is a mobile-based service developed under Samsung Electronics’ in-house venture program, C-Lab. It employs artificial intelligence (AI) to analyze video from the test-taker’s smartphone camera to detect any suspicious activities or cheating during exams. The technology is designed to support educational institutions, Learning Management System (LMS) providers, HR solutions and e-learning companies by ensuring exam integrity through comprehensive behavioral analysis reports.
EDINT’s technology, boasting over 95% accuracy, can track a test-taker’s gaze, direction, motions, nearby objects and sounds in real time. This versatility makes it adaptable across various industries, demonstrating the potential of EDINT’s solutions to enhance product quality and add value in multiple sectors.
